Shipping
Shipping is free everywhere in the United States — it's already included in the price you see, so there's nothing extra at checkout. We currently ship within the US only.
Orders are packed and shipped by us, usually within two business days, and travel by USPS. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
If your Rock Rat is unused, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email or reach us at hello@rock-rat.com with your order number.
Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive the return. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.
Size exchanges
Picked the wrong size? Size exchanges are free. Email us and we'll get the right size out to you — no return-shipping cost on exchanges. The size guide covers which Rock Rat fits your climbing shoes; when in doubt, ask us before you buy.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, email hello@rock-rat.com within 30 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
