Orders and pricing
Prices are in US dollars and include free US shipping. We calculate any sales tax at checkout. We do our best to keep pricing and availability accurate, but if we spot an error on an order — a wrong price or an out-of-stock item — we may cancel it and refund you in full before shipping.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By checking out you also agree to Stripe's terms. We don't store your card details.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping & Returns policy is part of these terms, including the 30-day return window on unused product and free size exchanges.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site — no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, and no reselling that misrepresents Rock Rat. We may refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent or abusive.
Product information
Rock Rat is a climbing-shoe tree made from cedar wood and aluminum. We describe it as accurately as we can, but natural materials like cedar vary slightly in grain and color from unit to unit.
Liability
Rock Rat is sold as-is for its intended use — holding the shape of climbing shoes between sessions. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the product or the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
